Bull$hit. The auto V-6 should be a mid/high 15 car bone stock. It's not some slacker like the 1994-1998 V-6s. It's got a favorable powerband to the 1996-1998 GT's and it's got 190hp. Add the fact in that it weighs a couple hundred pounds less and you have a good runner.

Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords ran the 99 V-6 5spd at the track, and they came back and said it was easier to get that V-6 into the 14's than it was for them to get the first 96GT into the 14's that they tested.

With 3.73's and the exhuast, that 99 should be in the low 15's. I hate to say it, but the new V-6's can give the first gen 4.6's a run for their money with some kick *** driving.
