The notch is one of the hottest Stangs you can get, and they are harder to come by. Before you buy anything make sure it is checked by a mechanic and find out why he is selling it. You don't wanna get stuck sinking money into it because you thought it was a good deal but something was seriously wrong under the nice paint. If it checks out ok then I think it would be worth more than $5000 too. Maybe you should get a Carfax report on it too just to be safe. Thats just my opinion though.
