![]() My daily driver is a 4 banger. I have 125,000 on it and it still runs great. It has a set of factory 3.73 gears in it so for a four baner it will get with the program to. Since it is a coupe it probably has the 3.73's also. I think that was the most popular for the 4-banger coupe cars. Is your motor the newer style with the coil packs and 8 plugs? I have seen these motors go 200,000 without a problem. I would try replacing teh head gasket and check the head. Drive it until it get some miles on it, Swap in a 351, c-4, and an 8.8 rear and start on the rest of hte modding process. He He He.
