Well, as a long time Missouri resident, I'd say not to concern yourself to much with the snow. I've had two Mustangs over the years and always managed to get around for the most part. I always keep the tank full, which seemed to help. I always ran high performance tires, so you had to drive carfully. If your talking about picking up a set of winter tires, you shouldn't have any problems. Most of the snow around here never lasts more than 3 or 4 days.
