![]() With 3.73's you're going to be spinning the motor to about 9000 rpm at that kind of speed. The 2.73's will bring it back down to a more realistic 7000 rpm. A T56 will bring those numbers down dramatically. You could get away with running a 3.73 in the rear and still be turning the motor under 7000 rpm at 180 mph. This would be my choice if I were to try and run 180 mph in a Mustang.
