Yes . It was set in a city. i think L.A or something not quite sure..
and the main characters friends started to die one buy one.. and the cop was beathing the main character.? if that sounds right it is the one. Well Rage_5.0 ( my bro) i know better than to wake you up.. because when you wake up you will look up and be like WHY YOU WAKE ME UP?  and i am allways like  sure .lol Anyways i went to sleep before it was done.
