YUP, chasis dyno. as long as your car will pass the emissions test,
i don't forsee a problem, then again, maybe they are going to fail cars that have excessive amounts of horsepower , that's the only reason i can think of why they would want to run dyno tests.
Don't look for any of the small shops or gas stations to be doing inspections either, 'cause i hear that they will be required to have a chasis dyno in order to do it and the dynoe's cost $60k (that's right, sixty thousand) installed. It's just not profitable for a small shop to pay that and "only" charge $40.00 for an inspec.
