CONGRATS ON YOUR PAD!!
THAT'S TOO COOL!!!! I'm looking to buy one myself here in the next 6-8weeks!!!! I CANT WAIT!!!! GOT my first appt w/ the realter on Sat. morning to go looking. Thats what i'm doing right now is looking at houses online!
I'm tired of throwing thousands of $$$$ away every month on a stinking' apt!!!!! I'm real happy w/ you and glad it went well!!! Hope I will be as lucky as you!!!!! (love the avater!)  Topless
