Several years back I upgraded my 79 to 5-lug, but I went with 87-93 brakes with Lincoln calipers at the time. If you get the spindles and the rest off the SN95, I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work as long as the brake line fittings are the same. Are you getting the 2-piston PBR calipers from 99+?
