As many of the folks suggest, try your best to avoid bankruptcy.
First off, looking at your sig, you have three vehicles. Sell the two most expensive ones. That'll give you some cash to work with. It will also lower your insurance premiums. Contact some of the counciling agencies, there's got to be some near you. They will contact your debtors and inform them you are at least trying to work this thing out and get the heat off.
