I would replace it with a built AOD. I paid about $1,800 for my rebuild plus warranty if I know now what I knew then I would have bought a Lentech Built AOD, which has a very good reputation! it will cost about the same as a rebuild and will be MUCH stronger.

My tranny went twice after I had it rebuilt cause of poor craftsmanship of the shop I went to, stay away from Aamco!!! I would suggest a good built AOD. I'm sure others here will post about Lentech and can tell you more about them.
