![]() Hi,
Does there seem to be a problem with the headlight switch unit (harness+switch unit) on 89 LX? I am having one hell of a time with my situation. With my switch, one clicks gets nothing, two clicks gets headlight but no console or side marker lights; only way to get it to work is turn on head beam, and then move the switch just a bit back until console+side marker lights come on. I checked the grey harness that hooks up to the switch and it's got a brown tint in the center (most likely a burn). I've tried several switch units but they don't work. I'm guessing it's my harness....in the mean time, I'm trying to figure out how to make a toggle switch out of the harness wires...I got the wire info from corral.net... Ack...I'm getting tired of this...if anyone can help with electricals, please e-mail me (gautam@cubicdesign.com).. Thanks! Bye! ------------------ Gautam N.
