Disk brakes....YES or NO?

As far as function goes, it's night and day from drums to disks. I did the Granada conversion on my '66 with a kit from Jim's Mustang in El Cajon Ca. Total cost to my door was $650 including everything brand new except for rebuilt calipers and Granada spindles.

Only problem was the need for a rear stop for the brake pedal arm. Seems my '66 had a captured rod in the MC and the Granada didn't. Wouldn't be fun having the actuating rod come out from the MC. If you need details of how I fixed it, just e-mail me.

None of this is original of course, but then the original early Stang needs massive modification to be a decent driver.
