These were the replies I was afraid of...
I would LOVE to be able to beat LS1 vettes, but I guess I'll just settle for the LT1 versions. To answer Mean81GT: No, the nittos on the snake aren't drag radial, just the extreme 555's for handling. By summer, the GT will have: X-pipe, Mufflers, pulleys, 80mm MAf, 70mm Throttle body, 4.10 gears, chip, UCAs, LCA's, drag radials, and as much weight removed as possible: backseat, Battery, (hopefully a tubular K-member/coilover conversion. I don't really need to BEAT vettes, but it would still be cool to put some fear in em. With those mods, if I can't... I'm selling the GT and putting a damn blower on the cobra!!!
