It all depends on what you want to spend. FAST, EPEC, or a PMS would be the best if you want to get the max out of you setup and program it your self. They are allot of cash.
FMS extenders can adjust your fuel and rev limit by thr turn of a knob and will cost a much as a custom chip. A custom chip would be a good choice if you got it done on a dyno. They can tune it just as good as a EPEC or a PMS, but you can not make changes down the road.
