Belle, u don't need cats on a ride that is older then '74. Anything older then that doesn't have to be smogged anymore.

About the neon lights.
My car, when it's all done, will have lights on it too, but thats because it's going to be a show car. I'll drive it arond to show's and stuff like that. As soon as it's done, I'll be going to the next Hot August nights and any other crusies. Neon lights can ge good if they are used corectly.
