Man, I saw this average chevy pick-up truck the other day with blue neon lights underneath it, on both sides, and really obvious and ugly.

It had a HUGE sticker in the back window of the cab the said "Cool toys" or something, with a HUGE bowtie symbol in the middle.

Now what was that all about?!

It was nothing but a regular un modded truck with neon lights and stickers.

It takes no sense of taste or mechanical ability to build such an ugly vehicle, and anybody with any sense of style will hate it.

Neon lights DO NOT belong on cars. Mr. 5.0 hit it on the head.
