Yeah, lol, it was like taking candy from a baby. Me and this buddy were out there (Green Bay, WI) and it's like 5 degrees out. We just took the belt off and stuck an allen wrench through a couple of the blades of the alternator. Then we took a 15/16 1/2" drive and it came right off. We were done before any snotsickles set in.
I just got a Powermaster 140 amp two weeks ago and we thought the March alternator pulley wouldn't kill the alternator but it seems like it was starting to. It took about a year for the March pulley to kill the old 75 amp stock alternator. No more evil alternator pulleys!
