This is called an Avatar.
Sing into your "user cp" by clicking on the button at the top of the page. In your user cp, select the link that says "Edit Options." Scroll down and you will find the Avatar option. Select the change avatar option and follow the directions. It has to be no larger than 140x140 pixels or 20480 bytes. --nathan
