Hi Jesse!
Welcome to Mustang Works Online. For improving performance of your V-6 I would strongly consider replacing the stock rear differential gears, perhaps 3.55's. This is a $400. modification so you may wish to pass - or wait. If so, a K&N filter is a good investment and runs around $40. Easy install.
