Photoshop guru's - Let's see your creations
I was wondering who on here has Photoshop and has some cool images they have created with it.
I was playing around last night and came up with an idea to see what my wife's car would look like if Cervini's made a Stalker kit for it. Here's what I came up with... Let's see what you got!

I'm just happy being able to touch up my pictures, I've got nothing that comes close to that. I think you should send that off to Cervini's and see what sort of reply you get out of them, it looks great.

I've had Photoshop 5.5 for 6 months now, but I still haven't used it. I do all my stuff with the cheapo freebie PhotoDeluxe 1.0 that came with my scanner. I'm pretty good with it, but I know I could do so much more with Photoshop. I just have to break down and give it a try!
Take care, -Chris

I've been using it for a few years off and on, and I still learn new stuff all the time. Photoshop has so many different features I don't think I'll ever know everything there is to know about it.
Fox Body - That's actually really good for doing it in Paint! You should get Photoshop and play around with it. It looks like you have some artistic abilities there

PS 6 bible?
What is that and can I get a copy? I use to have to use it at a web site company I worked for, They taught me a little but most of what I know I have just learned by playing with the program. I borrowed the car in the forever ford pic from someone on this site and the other part off the web and made it look like I wanted it to. I am not as good as 2fastlx though.

Photoshop 6.0 for Windows Bible is pretty much a detailed tutorial through Photoshop.
I think someone said it's about $50 to buy. But ed1371 was so kind as to make me a copy of his CD and mail it to me! What a great guy, eh? Thanks Ed! |

Thanks for the compliments guys. *blush*
I'm not that good. I could sit down with anyone and teach them how to do all this stuff in a matter of minutes. Learning the tools is a piece of cake. It's using them together to accomplish something that takes practice and experience. Especially selections, blending modes, and mixing filters. The PS Bible is a good reference book to have, but i can never sit down and read a book like that. If I were in school it would be different. The best way to learn is hands on, and have the book handy so you can look up things you have problems with. Actually, the help section in Photoshop will teach you a lot so use it!
