![]() I suggest you stay away from the Duron and Celeron if you want to play games. Go for the AMD Thunderbird (Eqv. to the PIV) or the PIV itself. Also build your own computer appose to buying a Brandname like Compaq, or IBM. You'll be able to customize it to your gaming needs and will be able to upgrade it alot easier in the future. Get a good video card, atleast 32mb, and lots of Ram especially with it dropping in price, if you like the sound that goes with it I suggest Sound Blaster Live 5.1 with a nice set of speakers, make sure your getting a good mother board, I am a fan of Asus, CD-Rom is pretty straight forward. But basicly just go to them say what your looking around to spend and say what your looking to use it for and go from there.
