I disagree with NOT modding a 99+ up V6. With gears and sticky tires you can already come close to spanking some 96-98 AOD GTs. Sure, the older V6s had 150 hp...lame-o. Almost 200 hp is not something that should be treated as just some commuter car. They even sound better than the older 3.8Ls. I say just add some sensible modifications...dual pipes, gears...not expensive, and they pay for themselves with the fun you'll have. Don't EVER let anyone tell you that a six is not worth it. Its worth it as long as YOU want to do it
