dude that sucks .....i'd be patient and make certian that your getting ripped off .........then show up on the guy's door step with a large blunt object....j/k ......i'd find out if there's anything that could be done through e-bay and if not then show up on the guy's doorstep.....to "discuss the situation"
if that don't work then introduce this guy to the laws of inertia .....with a 2x4
