Well I am right in the middle of a fight so I can help some.
A guy ripped me off for $207.50. I bought two video cards and I never received them. Anyhow here is what I did: 1) Filed with PayPal 2) Filed with EBAY 3) Filed with the US Customs (I am in Canada) 4) Filed with the US Fraud Agency 5) Filed with the FBI 6) Filed with the US Post Office 7) Filed with his state 8) Contacted his local police 9) Did a trace route on his ip address, got his host, and contacted them (they cancelled his internet)  10) After the state troopers stopped by his house, he e-mailed me saying he will send me a cheque. Stay on the person! And keep every e-mail! I know this may seem extreme, it is not so much the money as it is the principle! He will not get away from me! Ian
