2Fast: No problem.
Now I must say I did not send the troopers to this guys house within the first week. I have been waiting for 62 days. The troopers were called after a 45 day wait. If it does get that far, hopefully you will scare him into sending the money. If he lives with Mom and Dad, give him a call, a very friendly "reminder"  As for me, I still do not have a refund, last I heard, he was going to send me a money order as a refund. We will see  Ian
