![]() Personally, i've heard nothing but good things about the AFR's. But it all depends on what you want.....Do you want a head that produces good torque? Or a head for max horsepower at the top end. You should consider intake and exhaust cc's and valve sizes. I assume that with the trw pistons you can accept 2.02 intake valves. Maybe you should also consider your future plans for the car.....blower or nitrous, etc, etc. I had eelbrock 6032's on my 302 with an S-trim and they were great street heads for me. But i sold them to step up to afr 185's on my 393. I think first overall move should be to consider what you want the car to be. But i think i would just look at aluminum's. I don't think they can be beat.
