Dave is right the only thing you can check is the block casting number it will be just above where the starter is and should begin with C9XXXXXX. On the VIN number up under the windshield the third and fourth number should be 05 this is the code for Mach 1. Then the fifth digit should be the letter M for 351-4V.
On the door tag the trans code should be 5 or 6. I hope this helps but we could use some more details on int/ ext color.
