![]() I agree, it's a cool upgrade. Kicking out 14V at idle is much better than 10.5V. Basically all you need is a single spade connector (female), two eyelets that will fit over the +BAT post on the 3G and that accept 12ga wire, some good wire strippers/crimpers, some solder, a soldering iron, and some shrinkwrap. A Bic lighter is good to use to shrink the shrinkwrap. This is if your bracket on the car will fit the 3G. If not, you'll need a hacksaw and/or a Dremel tool. I had to trim a little piece out of the alt. bracket on mine.
