Hi SRV(long time no hear from...hahahahah)!!
I've done about 55 transactions off ebay and used PayPal on about half of them. ITS GREAT!!! They get thier money, you get your item ASASP!!! I would think if there was ANY problem w/ the shipment and he bailed on you, just dispute the charges thru your CC company. It would be a pita...,but, I bet it would not be a problem. I havent really checked into it, but like ANY CC transaction, they can be distputed!!!!! Good luck and I hope you get your speedo...i know how long you've been looking for one!!!!! cya' later!!!!!
