Oh holding out on me...
Well with an electric fan, off road H-pipe, and bumped up timing it is entirely possible. I thought you meant you were going to do it with the mods that you had.
I am hoping for about the same time as you are I have more stuff done to my car than you but this damn alttitude SUCKS so a 13.8-14.0 @98-100 mph would make me happy I guess. Good Luck,
