Yep...I ordered mine stage 1 from Keith Craft. They assemble them with good stuff: 1.460 springs, 7/16th studs and guide plates, Manley Street Flo valves, etc.

Only thing I had to change was the valve seals. They used the cheap umbrella seals, and half of them were a size too big. I bought some good spring-type seals and o-ringed them for good measure.
