![]() I am spending the winter restorine the interior of my 85 mustang. I don't know if you are looking for a stock color or something more flashy. But I wanted my interior to look like new again. I got stock color dye from mustangs unlimited. The color matched perfect. You can use the dye on plastic vinyl and some carpets. I used it mostly on plastic. Everything that I have used this stuff on looks perfect. Nothing looks like it has been repainted, it all looks brand new.
If you do decide to do it this, here are some tips that I learned from doing it myself. The only way that you can mess up with the dye is to run it. So don't hold tha can too close when you spray, and put on 2-3 light coats.
