I have looked into this breifly myself. The novi 1000 is junk, but the 2000 is nice. Vortech, ATI, and Paxton all make good blowers.

I would go with the ATI because its oiling system is self contained for easier install. You can also buy the PS1C non-intercooled for around $2300.00, and then add the intercooler later if you desire.
