Who cares!?!? I'm here! tireburner163, 1969Mach1, 302blownpony, uhhh....those are the 3 right off the top of my head that are pretty frequent to the board, besides myself, of course.

Neons wouldn't be that much excess weight, but of course they won't give you any performance either. Why do you want neons? I don't think neon undercarriage lights accent Mustangs too nicely, or any other car for that matter.
