How many volts for the T.P.S on a 70mmTB?

You should make sure that your idle is set correctly before adjusting the TPS as already stated. Here's how you do it.

Back the throttle adjustment screw out until you can fit a .010" feeler gauge between the screw and the stop plate. Turn it in until you can feel a little resistance as you pull the feeler gauge out. Turn the adjustment scew another 1 1/2 turns.

Once this is done, check the voltage between the black and green wire of the TPS with the ignition on, engine off. It should be in the range that has already been mentioned. If it is not, you can loosen the screws and turn it until the voltage is in the range. If you can't adjust it into the range, then you may have to open up the holes on it a little. You shouldn't have to, though. There may also be something wrong with your TPS. Set it to around .95 volts if you can.

Oh, and since no one mentioned it, it doesn't matter what size your TB is. The voltage should always be in the same range
