If it were me, I would take the high road - there is enough anger in the world. Plus, is tends to escalate, the next thing you know your car is keyed.
On the loegal side, you have a good case. Small claims is common sense jurisprudence, and any judge worth a darn would realize that women seldomly frame pictures of their boyfriends car for their use - it is clearly a gift, and conveys to you as your personal prorperty.
