![]() after hose things start going bad you will need to replace them..one way to check to see if they are good is take a pushrod and try to push in..they shoud mov in about 1/16"+-..anymore and it seems real easy and they are bad..once they go bad you will not be able to get the to stop ticking..if you but adj RR then you can make them tighter but you will explode a lifter or bend a rod...id say replace them..and while your looking for new ones if you dont go with FMS then in your search see if you find any companies that have 7k+ capabilities
