Good question, I am in sorry shape when it comes to knowlege. If you guys know where I could look for the code on the engine, I'll get that. I just learned how to read the axle code last night. I always do stuff by trial and error.(I blew a 73 302 that way). But if its not a Boss I will get some money back because that what they sold it to me as. Who knows they may have pulled one over on me. Brock
