Subframes are a GREAT idea.

The springs are a good idea, if you determine what rate you have now, sincec the GT springs are 420-530variable rate. Most "street" springs are stock +10%. (dont know what 4-cyl springs are).

Look up www.racerwalsh.com . They ahve a lot of 4-banger mods.
