O.K., thanks. Now the next ? is... If the outside housing has a crack in it, do I have to replace it or can it be welded back to close the crack?
I know nothing about a quick-change. I'm used to working with a 8 3/4 so they are too different. I know the principal is the same but...it throws me off a little. We got the new (to us) racecar on Saturday. Doesn't give us much time to get it pulled apart and put back. I keep finding things wrong with the car, so it's a good thing we decided to tear it apart, first. Of course I would never put it on the track without going thru it first. That would be ULTIMATE STUPID. The deeper we get into it, the worse it is. If I would have seen the car before he bought it, he would have never bought it. ![]()
