I just put in the TFS stage 1 and I like it. Don't have any numbers on it but the idle is rough enough that noone would ever think the car is stock but also very streetable. I like the split duration intake/exhaust and it pulls real hard in the higher rpms. Better price than any of the FRPP cams too.
