What do you mean by not too fast? My Neon will be doing 14's this season - I think I can hold my own but I wasn't sure. I bet you raced an automatic Neon - which mine is at the moment. The 5 speed Neons are much faster (at least 1.5 seconds) - which is why I'm swapping trannies this season. As far as "all decked out" goes - I think that Neon dude wasted some money
