What are the specs on your Lunati cam? With those parts, assuming a well matched cam, you're probably approaching the stock injection cycle limits of the 19lb injectors. That doesn't mean the injectors can't support your power, just that the computer will have to begin to alter the injection cycle with much more under the hood.

That being said, the aluminum driveshaft will probably not give you anything at the track, but it will most likely smooth out a lot of drivetrain vibration. It's probably worth a couple RWHP. I doubt you'll pick up anything with new injectors.

If you really want to find out if your injectors are not supporting the engine you'll need to look at your cars air/fuel ratio.
