Welcome to this site it is great
 I would suggest an '89. I have heard it is one of the best years for the tilt steering wheel (if that matters) though it doesnt have an airbag (if that matters). There isnt much different between them besides the pre-89 ones were mass air equipped (except california 88's) Sopposedly mass air is better for heavy modifications if you have plans for those like i do maybe (only 17 lol).
