I had the same problem too. I replaced the driveshaft with an aluminum one, but it was a day late and a dollar short. My tranny is hosed now. Since you've already replaced it, check the bolts. Also check the transmission bolts. I don't know what the problem is, but that's what I'd do before anything else.
