I use Taylor Spiral-Pro and have also used the Ford MotorSport 9mm wires with no problem. Get a brass-terminal distributor cap. Get the PCV 'kit' from a Ford dealer ($10. - tops). It includes the valve, a new screen and grommet, all of which you'll need as no one ever changes these things. The fuel filter is under the car (right - rear). Remove the gas cap before replacing the filter or you'll get sprayed. Advance the timing to at least 12 degrees BTDC. Use 92 or higher octane gas before advancing it to avoid ping. Check your sepentine belt for cracks and replace it if necessary (about $25.) Lots more but this should keep you busy. Good Luck. |
