My comment earlier about the weight over the rear wheels was directed more towards stock suspensioned cars. A coupe can be made to hook don't get me wrong. If you like the coupes, buy one, because if not you'll regret it later.

The difference in weight between the two is with the coupe you have very little back glass and a small trunk lid. The hatch of a GT or LX has a huge piece of glass and the supporting hardware. The ground effects on a GT weigh about 70 lbs. The other 130 or so lb. difference is found around the hatch. Thats where all the extra weight is between a coupe and GT hatch.
