Get a Pro-M 75mm MAF sensor calibrated for 24lb injectors...that way you can take full advantage of the other modifications you plan to do. The stock MAF just isn't going to be big enough for what you want to accomplish....he should seriously look into having the car dyno tested and probably installing a chip as well. So far it sounds like he is on the right track. It should run well.
