A properly built 347 Mustang can be pretty darn fast.

My only thought is on your cam selection. I wouldn't go with a 3000-7500 cam because a roller-lifter motor wont be seeing 7500 rpms. You would be better off keeping the rpms down to a maximum of 6500 or so. Also, with your combo, you may want to have a cam custom ground for your application.
